YOGA INSTRUCTOR: PRIYA ADVANI
Priya Advani graduated from Northern Illinois University in 1990 with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Marketing. She began her yoga practice at the beginning of her college life in order to maintain a balance between her mind, body and spirit. She attributed her good grades to her practice. She was an Account Executive for a major telecommunications company for over 7 years. Through the corporate world chaos she was able to remain centered and grounded because of the yoga. She ended her successful career as one of the top executives in the region in 2001 in order to spend time raising her daughter Leela. She received her teacher training certification for Children's Yoga in 2005, and is currently a practitioner of acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine in Santa Monica.
